Returns and Refunds
We want you to feel confident before purchasing. Because our products include physical planners, digital tools, and live guided sessions, this policy explains what can be returned, what cannot, and how refunds are handled for each.
Product-Specific Return Terms
Permission to Achieve™ Planner — $67
The planner may be returned within 30 days of delivery if it has not been written in and is in sellable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the planner is received and inspected.
Money Blocks™ Digital Access — $47
Money Blocks™ is a digital product. Portal access is available immediately after purchase and is non-refundable once access has been provided.
Permission to Achieve™ Complete System — $247
The Complete System includes the Permission to Achieve™ Planner, Money Blocks™ digital access, and four live guided sessions.
Request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Provided you have not attended a live session and the planner is returned unwritten and in sellable condition, you will receive $200 — the $247 price less the $47 for Money Blocks™ digital access, which is delivered immediately at purchase and non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Once you have attended a live session, the Complete System is non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Physical planners or workbooks that have been written in, marked, used, customized, or damaged after delivery
- Digital products, downloads, templates, and online tools once the access email has been sent
- Bundles or systems where the physical component has been written in, marked, used, or damaged, or where a live session has been attended
- Guided Setup, live sessions, and session recordings once a session has been attended or a recording has been viewed
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Final sale or promotional items, when clearly marked as final sale at checkout
How to Request a Return
Contact us within 30 days of delivery using our contact form or support email. Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or the return is due to an error on our part.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our contact form or support email within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was described.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, request a return under the standard return window and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered fulfillment. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return if the item qualifies under the terms above.
