Every order is handled with care. If you have questions about your order at any stage, please use our contact form so we can keep support organized and respond efficiently.

Email confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. If it still does not appear, contact us through our contact form and we will help you locate your order.


Processing & delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping is currently available within the United States only. We will update this page if international shipping becomes available.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control, but we will help you look into any delivery issue.


Tracking your order

Tracking information is sent by email once your order has shipped.

If you have not received tracking within 48 business hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder first. If it is not there, contact us through our contact form.


Returns & refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products include physical planners, workbooks, and digital tools, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair.


30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible physical products.

To be eligible for return, physical products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unmarked
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned with original packaging and materials

Items not eligible for return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Physical planners or workbooks that have been written in, marked, used, customized, or damaged after delivery
  • Digital products, downloads, templates, workbooks, or online tools once delivered or accessed
  • Bundles where digital components have already been accessed
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Final sale or promotional items, if marked final sale at checkout

How to request a return

To request a return, please use our contact form within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • The reason for the return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


30-day guided setup access

The Permission to Achieve™ System is designed to help you clarify your goals, money, and weekly priorities before you move into execution.

Because the planner is a physical product, we do not offer refunds on used or written-in planners. However, customers who purchase the full Permission to Achieve™ System receive 30 days of guided setup access to help them begin using the system.

Guided setup access may include:

  • Video walkthroughs explaining how to use the system
  • Office hours, when available
  • Guidance on choosing your Anchor
  • Support with identifying your top priorities
  • Help understanding the Money Blocks™ framework
  • Support starting your first weekly planning rhythm

Guided setup access is included with the full Permission to Achieve™ System for 30 days from delivery.

Office hours are offered as scheduled and may be live, group-based, or recorded. This support is designed to help you get started with the system; it does not include private coaching, financial advice, or personalized financial planning.

This support is available once per customer.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our contact form within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please request a return under the standard return window and place a new order.


Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered fulfillment.

To request a cancellation, please use our contact form as soon as possible and include your order number.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still request a return if the item qualifies under our return policy.
