You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If it doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Reach out and we'll sort it.

Processing & delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping is currently available within the United States only. We'll update this page when international shipping becomes available.

Delivery time varies by carrier and destination. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll look into it right away.


Tracking your order

Tracking information is sent by email once your order has shipped. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us directly.


Return policy

All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with your order, physical products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Returns cannot be accepted if the product shows signs of use, including marked pages, torn inserts, bent covers, damaged packaging, or visible wear.

Damaged items

If your Permission to Achieve™ System arrives damaged or defective, you must email support@resetandrealign.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item, the damage, and the original packaging so we can review the issue.

If approved, we will gladly replace the item.


Order cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. For this reason, we're unable to accommodate cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
